How do I cancel a lesson?

Introduction

Currently, on educify.org, you can reschedule a lesson to be canceled. The platform is working on an update to improve the cancellation and rescheduling features.

What does "cancellation" mean?

A lesson is considered canceled when the student provides advanced notice of cancellation.

For rescheduling, click on the lesson, and you'll find the "Reschedule" button (pencil icon).

To reschedule a lesson, click the "Reschedule" button (pencil icon).

select a date and duration on the calendar page.
