What if my student does not show up for more than 3 lessons in a row?

If your Educify student consistently misses lessons without notice, promptly inform us through the Help & Support menu.
Use the option to send a message to the Admin. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours and address the issue with the student. You can chat with the student in the meantime and see if they respond.
